1. What is EmpirePoker Inter-Account Transfer and why should I use it?
EmpirePoker Inter-Account Transfer is a facility by which you could request your friends to transfer money into your account from their accounts. This facility is absolutely FREE and the transfer takes only minutes after we receive the request.
In case your credit card is getting rejected by your bank for gaming transaction(s) or you think that sending a check or western union is too difficult, all you need to do is to call up your friend and request for a money transfer from your friend's account into your account. You could repay this loan either later or immediately.
2. How do I get money transferred into my account using Inter-Account transfer?
Just ask your friend to contact us by clicking on the "Live Help" button in the Lobby. Here, your friend can instruct us on how much money to transfer into your account. Please remember to ask your friend to contact "Live Help" only after logging-in.
To prevent misuse of this facility, we might send a validation email to your friend. (S)he will need to send a confirmation email back before we process the request.

3. What are the preconditions for Inter-Account Transfers?
There are no preconditions on your account for the Inter-Account Transfers. However, your friend's account should satisfy the following conditions before the transfer request is approved.
- Your friend has been a Real Money account holder for at least 30 days prior to today.
- The Player Status of your friend's account is either "VIP Gold" or "VIP Platinum".
- Your friend has not requested for money transfer in excess of $200 in the last 24 hours or $500 in the last 7 days.
4. I have a play money account at EmpirePoker. What other information is required to convert it into Real Money account? How do I send this information to EmpirePoker?
In case you do not have an existing Real Money account with us, you will need to provide the following additional information.

How do I send this information?
This information needs to be provided by your friend while issuing the instructions to transfer funds. We recommend that you give this information to your friend before (s)he contacts us. This will enable us to process your request efficiently.
