- Only Players above 21 years of age will be allowed to participate in the World Series of Poker finals. Therefore, only players 21 years of age and above are eligible to win the $10,000 Free Seat.
- Players who win a Free Seat may not sell, award, or transfer their seat in the World Series of Poker finals.
- A Player who will not be able to attend the WSOP 2005 final for any kind of reason, will not be refunded or compensated in any case. The Free $10,000 Prize is given only as chips for the WSOP 2005 finals, on the day of the game, at Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Empire Poker is free to replace, modify or end the "WSOP 2005 FREE seats" promotion at its sole discretion.
- In case a player has multiple entries to the WSOP, he will be refunded $5000 for the additional FREE seat.
