VIP players club membership will be awarded when a player reaches the EPoints (comp points) entry amount level, and is subject to approval by EmpirePoker. EmpirePoker may, at its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to enter the VIP players club.
1.2
EmpirePoker.com is free to cancel any membership according to it’s own standards.
1.3
EmpirePoker reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate the VIP players club at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to end users. However, EmpirePoker will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to end users of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. EmpirePoker shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
1.4
EmpirePoker may, at its own discretion, cancel the membership of a VIP player club member.
1.5
VIP players club Membership will be automatically canceled if a charge back was made under the specific EmpirePoker account.
1.6
EmpirePoker reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which EmpirePoker, in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, EmpirePoker reserves the right to revoke the VIP player club membership of such end user(s).
1.7
The EPoints (comp points) of an end user whose VIP players club Membership was cancelled for any reason whatsoever are no longer valid.
1.8
Any dispute between an end user and EmpirePoker shall be settled according to the decision reached by Empirepoker.com at its sole management discretion.
2. VIP Points- Comp points:
2.1
EPoints (comp points) will
be awarded for raked hands, tournament participation (with
a minimum buy-in of $9).
2.2
Only VIP players club members can use EPoints (comp points).
2.3
EPoints are not accumulated for free rolls, private tournaments and any other tournaments with a buy-In lower than $9.
2.4
EPoints cannot be transferred from one account to another.
2.5
EPoints are calculated according to an automated formula. EmpirePoker.com can change this formula at its sole discretion. Under no circumstances can a player apply for any changes in his EPoints balance or EPoints calculation.
2.6
The use of EPoints will be solely according to the promotions published from time to time on the EmpirePoker.com website.
ROYAL FLUSH Players Club membership will be
awarded when a player reaches the EPoints

the ROYAL FLUSH Players Club.
3.2
The 10% bonus on your first deposit of every
month will commence at the beginning of the next calendar
month after your approval as a ROYAL FLUSH Players Club member.
3.3
Once a ROYAL FLUSH Players Club member is admitted,
the player is entitled to a welcome gift. It will be delivered
to the player within 30 working days.
3.4
Once a ROYAL FLUSH Club member has reached
25000 EPoints the player is entitled to a
gift.
3.5
EmpirePoker may, at its own discretion, cancel
the membership of a ROYAL FLUSH Players Club member.
3.6
EmpirePoker is entitled to change, at any time,
the amount of EPoints required for ROYAL
FLUSH Players Club membership, bonuses, gifts or promotions,
at it's own discretion.
3.7
In addition to these terms, All the VIP terms
and conditions apply to the Royal Flush Players Club members.
