1. How can I become a member of the VIP Players club?
   
   To enter the EmpirePoker VIP players club you have to be a real money player on EmpirePoker.com. Then you need to accumulate EPoints (comp points) and reach a minimum of 5000 EPoints (comp points) by playing as often as possible. Once you have 5000 EPoints (comp points) you are automatically entered into the VIP players club, we will notify you once this occurs.

2. Where can I see my EPoints (comp points) balance?
   
   To see your EPoints balance account please enter the Client (EmpirePoker Lobby), click the Options tab on the menu and then choose the VIP account then log in using your screen name and password.



3. How many points do I get for raked hand and tournament participation?
   
   EPoints (comp points) will be awarded for Raked Hands, Sit & Go Tournaments and Multi Table Tournaments.

4. How often is my VIP players club account updated?
   
   Your balance is calculated and updated every 24 hours. You can view your VIP EPoints account balance (as explained in Question 2).



5. How do I buy the coupon from the VIP Shop?
   
   Please follow the instructions below to purchase coupons from the gift shop:
   
   
   1. Open your EmpirePoker Client/Lobby (the software that you play with) and login with your user name and password.
   2. Once you are logged in with your user name and password, click the Options menu item from the top menu of the client and then select the VIP Account option.
   3. Clicking the VIP Account will open an Internet browser with the VIP page. Login using your screen name and password. You will then be taken to a page where you will see your EPoints (comp points) balance and the shop entrance.
   4. The shop entrance is a banner on the lower right hand side of the page, showing some of the items we have.
   5. Click it and you will enter the VIP shop, all you have to do now is select the coupon (or the item you want), add it to your cart and checkout.
   6. Follow ALL the steps and submit the order (including the address although the coupon is virtual). Upon order completion you will see a confirmation message and you will receive a confirmation Email as well.



6. How long does it take for an EPoints coupon to be credited to your account?
   
   It takes around 72 hours for the money to be credited to your EP account.



7. I have ordered item(s) from the gift shop, when will I receive it?
   
   You will receive your order within 4-6 weeks depending on your location.
